Yes. We assess your computer, phone or tablet and explain the problem and the price before any work begins — with no obligation to go ahead.
Diagnostics start at $50, a computer tune-up at $50 and virus removal at $80. Hourly repairs are $120 for the first hour and $50 for each additional hour. Parts are quoted separately after your free consultation.
Yes. Pickup and drop-off can be arranged for many repairs in Philadelphia and nearby areas — just mention it when you book.
